We are in the midst of planning our 8th visit to KBH (in Sept. of 2009). We would not think of staying anywhere else on Maui. The location is ideal- walking distance to Black Rock where the snorkeling is out of this world, a short, easy and entertaining walk to restaurants and shops that will please everyone and if you have an inkling to exercise by running or just stroll along, there is a two mile walk along the shore. What more could you ask for. The staff makes you feel so “at home”. We remember Rudy (wonderful man and entertainer) who puts on a great show right on the premises most evenings. Can hardly wait to come back to paradise.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel for a week. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Our travel agent didn’t book us a smoking room with a view. I informed your front desk staff after check in. They were so nice and told us not to worry they would move us the next day. They did so and the room was great and had a wonderful view. Also one of the ladies at the booking desk for the activities was great and helped us a great deal with trips and directions. All I can say is your entire staff is wonderful and I have never been to a hotel anywhere where I could say that everyone was exceptional. They all deserve a raise and much more. Thanks for a great stay.

Our family visited the Kā‘anapali Beach Hotel in Maui this March for Spring Break. It was a great experience for the whole family! We loved the hotel, the restaurants, the amazing food, the room, the friendly staff, the free activities, the pool, and the location (on the beach). The hotel was located in a nice, quiet area of the island, not as busy as some of the other places down the beach. I would suggest going to their website and looking at all of the amenities they offer. We would certainly recommend the Kā‘anapali Beach Hotel.

Words can't express our enjoyment of Kā‘anapali Beach Hotel. I can't imagine any other hotel or resort offering the experience of Hawaii that we were able to take in. Make sure and do the orientation breakfast and the farewell ceremony. Both of these will teach you so much, not only about the hotel but about the Hawaiian culture. Mahalo 'Ohana

My husband and I have just returned to from Maui (KBH) and we have already started making our vacation plans for next year. We will definitely be back, the grounds are so immaculate and the friendliness of the staff is unbelievable. Thanks to all of you for a wonderful first trip to Maui.

Out of the last 6 years, we've visited our Kā‘anapali Beach Hotel family 5 times. Upon arrival the first words we hear are "Welcome Home!” Our first year was to attend a wedding on the beach, which was unbelievably unique and romantic. Since that first year, we’ve brought friends, children and parents. Last year Johnnie’s 88 year old father came with us. He had so much fun that he’s planning to come back next year with a friend.
I especially want to give praise to two marvelous individuals. Malihini ensures that we always have the best and truest Hawaiian experience. Doris Saribay of Reservations responds quickly to our requests and has helped us with any of our unique needs.

My husband and I stayed at the KBH for four days and three nights (not nearly long enough. We were in Hawaii celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary. We had our Maui itinerary all set and then we arrived at your hotel/resort. We never even left the resort the whole time we were there.
Your establishment has EVERYTHING a traveler could want and then some. From the wonderful, constant hospitality to the entertainment and food and beverage choices, all we wanted to do was kick back and enjoy our stay, and we sure did.
You definitely ARE the most Hawaiian hotel and it shows. We are planning to come back in December 2010 for two whole weeks and plan to stay with you for all of it (can't wait).

The staff was congenial, friendly and very helpful. We especially wish to single out Malihini. She is a most gracious person and reflects the hotel's emphasis on service to the client.
